Proof of Delivery

Customers are required to keep the proof of delivery receipt signed or confirmed by the registered customer. This serves as verification that the order has been successfully received.

• In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Fees & Free Delivery

• We offer free delivery on orders above AED 200 within the UAE.

• Standard delivery fees apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

• Additional charges may apply for remote areas or express delivery services.

• International shipping fees vary based on the destination and package weight. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Local Deliveries (UAE):

• Standard delivery: 1 To 3 business days

• Express delivery: Same Day Delivery (subject to availability and additional charges)

Payment Confirmation

• Once a payment is successfully processed, customers will receive a confirmation via email.

• Payment confirmation typically arrives to your email  after the transaction is completed.
